  : HILTON HAMPTON INN MILFORD, CT DENIED THE "INTERNAL" CONFIRMATION NUMBER FROM BOOKING.COM AND THE STAFF INSISTED THAT I CORRECT THEIR DENIAL OF SAID INTERNAL CONFIRMATION NUMBER WITH BOOKING.COM.I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO HAVE THE BOOKING.COM REP CONTACT THE STAFF WITH ANY CORRECTIONS NEEDED AND THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT THE CORRECTION, EVEN THOUGH I SHOWED THEM MY BOOKING.COM CONFIRMATION NUMBER.THE EVENING MANAGER WAS GRACIOUS ENOUGH TO LET US TAKE THE TWO (2) ROOMS AS OBVIOUSLY THERE WAS SOME KIND OF COMPUTER GLITCH. MY DAUGHTER WAS WOKEN THE NEXT MORNING AT 7:30AM AND WAS TOLD TO LEAVE AS THE ROOM WAS NOT PAID FOR CREATING ADDITIONAL CONFUSUION AND STRESS FOR HER AND MY WIFE!

  : The night staff, security, and front desk young lady with locs and small gold hoops were super nice and helpful! It’s right next to the highway which didn’t bother us. The breakfast looked fine, you have the basics which include eggs, sausage, some cereal, a few bagels and some juice. However we did decide to eat at a near by diner instead.
  : The toilet in our room was broken. The flush lever was not connected to the chain and would knock the top of the toilet off and it ran all night. We had to keep the bathroom door closed to not hear it. The following morning we asked the older bald African American gentleman working the front desk for maintenance to come fix it and they never came which means he never called them. My man ended up fixing it for us.When we woke up the pillows and sheets had weird stains on them. (I included a picture of my pillow after the first night we stayed)The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and weak, I bring my fire stick to every hotel visit and it was unusable. We ended up watching shows on our phones which was less than ideal. If we needed wifi we shared our hot spots. (They do have cable which is nice) Parking was a little rough we had to kind of make our own parking spot since the lot was full. The stay was okay for our random little get away but we probably won’t choose this hotel in the future.
