  : I liked that it was right near trax and I could get around anywhere in SLC. I loved there swimming pool and the area accommodating it.
  : The service. I had no fridge in my room originally and they had to take one up to me. They also had no phone in the room. I had to call them using my cell phone and they hung up on me like 3 different times. I brought my 2 year old son with me so I needed to have better amenities. Also, the remote control didn't operate the tv very well and I had to end up buying one that did, so that I could switch the input on the tv. Also, the place was teeming with people that were homeless and most of them probably on drugs. I don't think they do anything to keep them away either. I really feel like they could improve on a lot of different things there.

  : A roach or bed bug was in the towel for the bathroom floor, the floor and other surfaces seemed to have been cleaned with dirty mop water, and there was drips of something akin to candy or soda on the sheets. I told the desk clerk in the morning all of this and he was indifferent. I found all of this in the morning as I got in late and was exhausted from travel.

  : Mold in the bathroom, cigarette burns and stains in the bedsheets, windows couldn't open, unable to park near room, disproportionate amount of people that look unwell staying/visiting here.
