  : Hello, SONDER THE PALACE in Miami is a good place to stay. Sorroundings are also nice, we walked around day and night without any problems. Cannot rate the team, as we never had any contact with them, all was automatic, on line check in, access code, no reception, so no one to be rated. If you like to mind your own business and to avoid contact with staff, that is your place.
  : The TV that only works if you connect your device is a bit of a bummer, it cannot cost so much to have some cable channels up to surf through, so, they should consider this.
