  : The apartment is located in a very short walk from all the hotspots in Miami Beach. We loved the apartment, it's very cozy, clean, and quiet. Check in/ check out was super easy. We had no problems or issues. We definitely will stay again!

  : - Location was close to the beach- Easy access with door codes- Well-equipped kitchen
  : - The advertised sleeper bed is not a functional bed! Do not choose this apartment if you are more than two people, you will regret it.- The bedroom blinds are very bad and the room is very bright for sleeping. There really needs to be some curtains and/or functioning blinds in there.- The place felt dirty/dusty upon arrival and is in need of a lot of general repairs/updates in kitchen and bathroom- Proximity to beach is great but there is currently a huge ongoing street repair/construction project right in front of the property so I wouldn't advise staying here until the work is complete. On our first morning we were woken up by extremely loud jackhammers and the whole street is torn up with detours and just a general mess.

  : The unit had everything needed and location was great. Felt safe: code needed to enter building and apartment. Bed and couch bed were comfortable. A/C worked well - pretty noisy but probably because the filter was so incredibly filthy.Bathroom sink was clogged and manager sent a plumber right away to fix it.There were no sheets for the couch bed, manager had some sent over right away.Two dresser drawers had a bunch of hair in them, manager sent someone to clean them out.
  : Dead bugs on kitchen floor and window sill, moldy coffee grounds in coffee maker, the furnace air filter was absolutely caked with dirt, the broom was filthy. The toilet handle had to be jiggled so the water wouldn’t continue to run, shower curtain smells bad. There was a load of towels in the dryer and when we took them out there were clumps of hair on the towels. The floor was so dirty that our feet got dirty when we walked around barefoot. Missing slats on window blinds.Just all around lack of care and upkeep.
