  : The hot water for jacuzzi didn’t work so I was unable to use.The pool wasn’t opened on time it was confusion w getting it opened.A dog crapped in bathroom which was left in elevator because there was no staff available at the time to clean up.

  : I didn’t like anything except the location of the apartment. This is the most disgusting service in my life. I have never experienced such a boorish attitude. For 3 hours I tried to check into a paid room, because before that I was placed in a completely different room with different parameters and size. And the neighbors who climbed onto the balcony and threatened me completely frightened me. And instead of the help of the operator or those responsible for the placement, I received boorish answers and a desire to deceive me trying to convince me that I paid for this particular number, although this is a lie!

  : the property and location was great. Lots of space and very comfortable.
  : toilet paper, trashbags and paper towels could have been better stocked. The parking on the 2nd floor is very difficult due to the tight spaces.

  : The pool closed at 9pm. When people spend money to go on vacation they don’t want to feel like they are on curfew. Also Booking.com will always give you a false impression of the property with wrongful use of pictures and bad information about the property. They said the room comes with private pool and it didn’t. And they showed pictures of the Conner apartment which was a 3 bed room when we click on the two bed room. The apartment we did stay in was very small compared to the pictures we thought we where staying in… also we asked for a early check in and Booking.com agreed and when we got there they couldn’t let us inn it was disappointing because we arrived at 10 and had to wait to 4 pm. When booking.com responded an told us between 9-10. I just wish I would have contact the current for better info.

  : Very convenient to where I places. Miami Beach and down town.
  : To start the parking deck was terrible. One way in and out with no security features to show if cars are coming. Very narrow, tight and small. Not feasible for a suv really. The pool was dirty as if it was not clean. The room was very dusty, counters dirty, and bathrooms were mediocre. You could tell a dog was in ours because hair was everywhere. The furniture was outdated. I personally went to Walmart to buy Clorox spray and bathroom bleach. The toilet has a ring in the toilet. Floors had crumbs in corners, blinds broken . This was stated it was a smoke free environment but you could smell smoke everywhere. It also stayed no loud music on the balcony but it was loud music daily. The closets were broke and towels dinghy. Nor was there enough towels. The staff was nonexistent. There is dedicated and assigned parking in which someone was advised to take mine and I was left with parking deck 2 and for a suv it was very complex to get in and out. Again it was a nice apt just needed real TLC in cleaning. But surely NOT worth the price.
