  : Great place to stay in miami beach. The location is perfect. Impossible to find a place in miami beach at that price.
  : There is no house keeping and people leave trash outside their bedrooms. The hotel should do something about it. The pool didnt seem that clean also.

  : The room was spacious and the location was amazing! It had a very nice pool, and it was close to Trader Joes and the beach! the beds were surprisingly very comfortable! And one of the front desk staff, the Italian or Spanish staff, was amazing! It is walking distance to the main places, and for nightlife and day time stuff the location is great. There is so much food around and it is unbelievable value for money! I recommend.
  : I think the worse experience was when checking out. The girl was super rude to us and made check out super hard. My friend extended the room and although only she would stay, the room was extended as a whole rather than for individual guests, therefore I requested for the bags to be left in the room as we would leave for the airport at 3. We spent 40 minutes arguing back and forward but eventually she allowed me to leave my bags in the room since we paid for a room!!! It was a petty and unnecessary argument that could have been avoided- if someone pays for a room they can leave the bags in the room even if they are not there!

  : I could not do check in they said me when i reach the hotel "they dont have linens for the room.Therefore we canceled your reservation. There is going to be refund." But if you pay us again we will give you a room. But when i talked the customer service of booking they said the reservation is still active. Please dont do it. I was talking with booking again to find another hotel and explain situation to customer service. But due to the reservation is still active i need to wait the customer service to reach to the hotel. Then i wait for one and a half hour at the reception. The customer service from booking help us to stay another hotel. The reservation now looks like i was staying in there. The girl on the reseption call the police. İn that time i was on the phone with booking again to choose the another hotel. So i really would like to thank you booking customer service.PLEASE BE CAREFULL and check every steps
