  : The property was at a prime location and had the facilities that were promised
  : When I had made the booking through the Booking.com app, it had given me a tariff of something around USD 160 per night. I do not even remember what the exact amount was, but I’m pretty sure it was around USD 140–160 a night, and then when I checked in, I was charged almost dollar 250 per night and I am not really sure how that happened. I can’t even go back to an email or a message to trace that, I just feel disgusted that I was kept in the dark about such a significant rise in the tariff, and I’m pretty upset that this happened.To top it up, I am a Marriott bonvoy and this is a partner resort, and I would have expected that they communicated such a change in advance & promptly.

  : Initially I wrote a rave review for this hotel. The accommodation itself is great. The room is comfortable, the facilities are good, the housekeeping staff were lovely.
  : I thought the stay was good value for money until it seemed they were not upfront with their payment policies. I prepaid for my room nearly a month before my trip, they held the incidental fee when I got there (as they should) and I left the room exactly how I found it. Clean, tidy and with no damages whatsoever. When I returned home, I noticed that I was charged the amount of my incidental and a little more. I called the hotel and was notified that this was the resort fee which I thought was included in the prepaid amount. I have no problem paying a resort fee but I wish it was communicated beforehand that this would be taken after my trip and taken from my incidental. If I'm prepaying for a room, its because I want that cost to be dealt with before my trip!

  : Room was lovely, they arranged for a little surprise in the room for my partners birthday. Room was a good size. Great location, our room overlooked Collins Avenue. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Price for the room was very good, paid around £1800 for 11 nights and then paid for an extra night so in all cost about £2000 for 12 nights which is very good.
  : I didn't like their whole taking money out of my account randomly, I took out a can of coke from the mini bar and they took $95 for this, I didn't understand the reasoning for it when they could have charged me for extras at the end of my stay. The towels need to be bigger when going to the beach, or at least give you 2 towels. It's a bit annoying that on the beach you have to pay extra for a sun brolly. The cocktails at the bar weren't very nice. Trying to book for next year but for the same time, same room the price has gone up by an extra £1000 which is far too much and unfortunately will have to look else where considering I'm at this hotel every year.

  : It is a pretty hotel with a good location. Rooms are OK.
  : The beds weren't very comfortable, mattresses were a little firm and the bedframes are noisy. Everytime someone rolls over it's loud and creaky. The pool was fine, pretty quiet and no music.

  : Our daughter and family checked in first and said that the foul language and quality of the guests was so terrible that they wouldn't stay. she felt as though they were surrounded by undesirable guests and it wasn't an atmosphere that they would have around their 4 yr old. I called and attempted to cancel and was told by the hotel that I had to do it through Bookings site which was IMPOSSIBLE! There was no way to speak to a live person. I will never, ever use this site and will tell everyone I know to never use this site.
