  : great location, pool was nice & clean, good place to stay for value
  : the shower kept going hot & cold on us constantly without turning the knob resulting in burning or freezing yourself, we could never get it to stay at one temperature.. there was also mold on shower curtain & the place wasn’t the cleanest, & we never got a fob for the pool door so we had to walk around to get in every time which took a good 7-10 minutes from the beach, we also tried to wash things but none of us could get the cards to work so we ended up having to reuse wet towels

  : apt could have been cleaner, linens were clean, towels were brand new but seemed to have not been washed before our use, tile and grout mold/dirt. and apt floor edges need to be vacuumed and scrubbed, apt has deferred maintenance (bathroom sink) the lysol spray should not need to be used, should smell fresh. bed comfy but wood box for mattress squeaks. love the location. great staff response and check ups, thanks for a lovely visit.

  : the subtle racism, someone threw a banana and makes monkey noises while we were outside.the tub in the room was DIRTY!! looked to be mold and mildew. I bought a bleach solvent and it was clean right away.

  : The staff release me the key around 1am, I paid $264 for 4 hrs of sleep, inside you clearly can heard all the noise and moaning from the adjoining apartments, lots of drunk people. the bathroom only had cold water and mildew on the tiles, and the kitchen came with a full staff (cockroaches and ants) believe me the worst 4 hours of sleep. and that of taking a fob on the outside .... what a headache.

  : DO NOT RENT!!Nothing was to like about the Property, it was Dirty stinks like mold and mildew, the description and photos are very deceptive.
  : The Smell was terrible, the building was terrible the shower was dirty and mildewed. terrible amenities. The wires were exposed The Bed was extremely noisy. I called Miami Beach Code Enforcement.

  : I didn't want to write You a message about how awful and disgusting is Your apartment, but what is enough, is enough. 1. When we came to Your apartment, everywhere was a dust. Even on the fan at the wall, as You can see on the pictures. Disgusting !!!- I think You must change Your cleaning team2. When we were there, there was so bad smell. Mold smell. Even if I am now home, I must clean and wash every clothes, also clothes which was at the luggage, because the smell is everywhere. 3. Look at he pictures on the sink - it is broken, the wall falls off !!! 4. What about the totally disgusting flowering furniture at the shower? It could be for this price change !5. The shower - I was twice totally burned by hot water, because the shower live its own life and it is broken. It is impossible to set a normal temperature. Once You have totally cold or totally hot.6. What about the mold everywhere at the shower? WE were scared, that we could catch some another microbiome here.7. You advertised full kitchen - but there is no oven working. And no one tell us about this anything. 8. Air conditon smells bad. Really - Do You know that it could be sometime disinfected? I doubt it that You do it. 9. The bed - my every move can hear every neighbor. So creaking and discomfort bed !!!OH , and I forgot about the door. You must be kidding me with the locker. This is maybe good for the decoration, but If I want, I can light kicked at the door, and they will be open, so we where totally scared, that someone can burglar us.
