  : Location spot on, right on the beach with good pool size. Area where apartment located quite with some nice restaurants nearby, 20 min walk or Uber available straight away. Staff on reception very nice and friendly. Laundry available on the floor but needed coins to start washer and dryer- this was a challenge to find :) Has station right in front of the building so can buy essential if needed. Few shops like public, in walking distance. South beach about 20 min drive but again Uber can be used to get there.Room outdated, but reasonably cleaned. Beds ok, I would say the price justify the room condition.Overall it was a nice stay, for the price we paid you will not find anything similar- location as I mentioned justifying the construction of the room.
  : Coins needed for laundry, probably worth to mention, otherwise we would get some before hand. Condition of the room outdated, need repairs but room was clean.

  : The view and location is excellent. I love the huge Olympic sized booth with the beach right through the gate
  : The room is ok not the greatest. I dont feel it had enough supplies in the room. You have to bring your own washcloths and limited to towels for showering and the beach. Youre given such a small amount of soap, shampoo, lotion, and toilet paper. If you stay here Id suggest you bring your own. The chairs for the beach still had lots of sand on them. And the pillows werent enough and they were flat. I feel there could have been extra blankets. The mirror in the bathroom was way too high and the bathroom could use some tender loving care.

  : As soon as we walked in there was tape around the door Im assuming they painted and it was hard to find our room because of it. Once we walked in we saw a roach so we had to check the beds. The next day as we were putting some groceries in the fridge we saw another roach. Not good for the price, walls were dirty and covers had an iron burn on it others had stains.

  : Location,the fact that they had stove,full size fridge ,kitchenware and I also got umbrella and chairs for the beach.
  : The place was outdated, bathroom full of mold, less than half of toilet paper to work with no trash can in bathroom ,ceiling needs paint and furniture all scratched up this place really needs to be renovated.
