  : To get the keys was a trip for it self. Very chaotic and unorganized!! Place was not clean. Laundry and Dryer machine was nasty!

  : I was disappointed at first because when I arrived no one was at that location. After hours of traveling we were ready to go to our room and we had to stand outside the office for over 20 minutes. It was giving me mix vibes about staying at the location. But once the manager arrived she did apologize and I was happy to see that the apartment was everything that was posted on site.

  : The maintenance of property was poor. Beds were uncomfortable. No privacy in bedroom (no door between lounge and bedroom. Advertised booking had washing machine and dryer this was broken and not repaired our during our stay. Electrical outputs not working in some parts of the apartment. After a shower the used water would remain in the bath for sometime before the drainage would remove the water. The lift was dirty most days. The people living in the room above the apartment were very noisy every night and noise outside late at night. The main problem was the windows had cracks windows which didn’t help. The host of the apartment was argumentative when we asked why the washing machine and dryer was not available to use in the room.

  : The manager behaved unworthy of someone working in the hospitality business. While we had a problem with one of the equipments, her answer was « if not happy go away »... not mentioning her very bad level of English... besides the maintenance of the apartment is quite bad in general, the kitchen is lacking a lot of basics and she taxed us with a fee for paying with a MasterCard at the check-in
