  : We loved the location of the property - very close to the lake. I would make sure you figure out where you want to stay as there are three buildings (the best one is church landing as it’s right on the lake but also seemed to be the most expensive and updated). We stayed in the older original building across the street and didn’t mind the beautiful walk over across the street to church landing where we hung out most of the time (using their pool and enjoying the views) the great thing is you have the ability to use all the amenities no matter what building! Also, I found out that if you go over to the bay harbor building before 11 you can use the paddle boards / kayaks for free as they are included in the resort fee (after that they cost a small amount) !!!
  : The building we stayed in (original mill falls) was a bit outdated - but they did have an indoor pool and although small still nice!

  : Asked 10 time to clean the room from 10 am to 5.30. Pm on 5th July but no one come to clean and no fresh towels then had to go for dinner like that as we had dinner reservations at 6.30 . After paying so much you don’t expect from property like that to behave

  : Central locationHotel Common Man restaurants cartel generally good food.For a rural hotel experience, I think they were doing the best they could due to staffing shortage.
  : - Delayed check in procedure due to not being able to check in at the location. Sign at hotel to check in at another address. GPS then sent us to the wrong address, which was miles away. Not a good start to the stay- Dim lighting in reception area and reception area too cold! Quirky lighting in the room. - Towel service on demand was extra work for us and, as a consequence, the bathroom towels were a problem. The wet towels didn't dry overnight, neither did our bathing suits and other damp clothing. Were there dryers we could have used for towels and clothing? Lack of staff in our building to help us with this.
