  : The front desk staff in the morning was very friendly and helpful. Second shift front desk staff needs more training on prices for rooms...quoted wrong prices and charged me something else.other than stated.
  : The facility has multiple issues. It doesn't have half of the amenities that it has listed. The internet only works in the lobby and outside in certain areas although it states that wifi is available in every room. They have a severe roach problem. There were cops constantly being called over to the facility. The rooms are not worth $70-$90 a night. The bathroom is half thrown together. The water doesn't drain out the tub. The toilet isn't secured to the floor. No tv was in the room. The facility is lackluster at best. You have to constantly go to the office for housekeeping which takes 2 to 4 hours before you can simply get towels/ clean linens. Oh yeah, must I remind you that they have roaches...everywhere...in the headboard, in the old refurbished furniture, even in the non working internet box on the wall, they are in the wall outlets as well.
