  : The lobby
  : The rooms and hallways were dirty and run down. The toilets were so shaky that my husband had to use the toilet in the lobby. The restaurant and bar were closed. I would Never recommend this hotel to any Radisson.

  : Not a great area and it was dirty and not well maintained. Found someone’s shorts under our bed and the elevators were so dirty.

  : The Lobby Looked Nice
  : The power went out off and on throughout the night, we were told they had a generator but they did not. With the power being out we had no AC. Woke up in the morning and the elevators didn’t work. No staff were walking throughout the floors to assist with exiting the hotel. After wandering around for a while I realized only one stairwell had access to the lobby. The stairwells had no emergency light so it was pitch black. So using my phone light I wondered through the hotel staff space to the lobby where all the staff were setting on there phone in the dark in the lobby offering no help. Went up and down the stairs getting my luggage ( I was on the 5th floor) as the staff watched. The room was dirty, floors, shower, Etc. the hotel didn’t meet any of the expectations I had. Highly would not recommend.

  : Staff was nice and attempted to accommodate the lack of AC.
  : The a/c did not work properly the entire time. The rooms were hot. None of the facilities were open to include the pools. The only thing that was open was a worn out gym with half the equipment was busted or couldn’t be used.
