  : This was the worst experience I've ever had! We were beyond dupped. It was by far the worst time ever! I will not go into it all yet again. But if you really care to know, just read their latest review on Google. I should have unfortunately read them myself, but I took it on good faith that 'Marriott' would be amazing. It was horrible.The worst!
  : What didn't we like. The noise from the group that booked pretty much the entire place. Then the other groups that booked pretty much the rest of it. So why didn't they just close it off to them? Why cause unsuspecting guests such as us to be thrown into this chaos and have the worst time of our lives? Sick disgusting Corporate greed. That's the only answer.

  : Some front desk staff members could use some additional customer service training. They were not forthcoming about the hotel experiencing a power outage during our check in, nor did they display any empathy for how that was impacting our plans to get to a wedding. We understand these things happen, but providing information and a offering a preemptive apology go a long way. It’s the least you could do for guests spending $500 a night.

  : Location was perfect. Everything was within a couple of miles. There are many restaurants, grocery stores, mall, etc. Also, easy access to the highway.It’s one of the very few hotels on Long Island that have central air.
  : It may be a bit unfair to do a review after Memorial Day weekend. Regardless, there were multiple little league baseball teams staying two of the four nights we had booked. It was horrible. Kids school screaming and running up and down the halls from mid-afternoon until 10:30pm. I called the front desk and they basically said they were getting complaints and couldn’t do much to stop it. Besides that, the room doors have significant gaps so you can hear every person and their conversation as they go down the hall. The lighting is extremely limited and we had to open the curtains to get extra light in the daytime. They have Netflix, but the Internet is “extremely” slow and I just gave up after waiting for one movie to load.

  : The room was spacious and clean. There was plenty of desk/table space and the task light was excellent. The bathroom was well-lit with plenty of towels. I liked that the shower controls were away from the shower head, so you didn't get wet turning it on and adjusting the temperature. The overall look was modern and clean.
  : There was no room safe. The sheer curtains were outside the drapes, which was strange and it make it impossible to close the drapes without opening the sheers. I like a bright bedroom when I'm awake and although there were sconces, a floor lamp and a task light, the room always felt dark. Lastly, why do hotels insist on using duvets even in summer? I was too hot with it on and kept kicking it off.

  : Very impressive lobby, wonderful breakfast, great service and value, room and beds were comfortable and clean.

  : The toilet over flowed and it took two calls to get someone to assist. There was wet towels and water in the floor and I had to ask for a new room/ clean up the current room, they we ended up moving rooms, it wasn’t offered until I asked.
