  : The room itself was pretty clean but the grounds were not. The place is in a great location if you are interested in doing things at La Plaza Mall or on 10th Street. The price is fairly good. (By the way, there are 2 La Copa lodging establishments in McAllen so everyone might want to check they are reserving at the one they really want.) I did not have time to use the pool or any other facilities.
  : The wifi was terrible - in fact, it was unusable. The guy at the desk blamed the heat and said I should just use my phone as a hotspot. That's the only thing that was a deal killer for me. There was no freezer compartment in the little fridge but there was an ice machine upstairs. The hotel is run down and parts of it look abandoned. If you don't like all the Mall traffic you won't want to stay here.

  : We found a used pad stuck to the corner of the top shelf in the closet and TV was kinda broken and no cable.

  : We didn’t eat the breakfast. Location was was very busy.
  : Staff was at chik fil a when we arrived to check in. There was not a remote for our tv in our room! The shower wasn’t handicap accessible. We had only one wash cloth for two of us! Our parking spot was painted crooked!
