  : The facility was clean and the room comfortable.
  : The bathroom looked clean but it smelled like sour wet clothing. The staff was very friendly but upon checking out I was told I couldn't get a receipt for the charges because of how I booked the room. I've stayed in other IHG facilities booked the same way and have always gotten a receipt. Unsure why that happened.

  : My sheets were dirty. The bathroom was dirty left for my trip for my meeting. I stayed three days and had no housekeeping. No one came in to do any housekeeping make the bed change the sheets, vacuum disappointing

  : I didn't have a chance to have breakfast because the weekend opening time of 7am was late for me. If it was the normal time during the week 6:30 am I would have been able to try it. The lady at the front desk when I checked and was friendly and the lady that checked me out on Sunday was also understanding and patient in listening to me and my concerns.
  : I was in room 230. There was no indication that the room would be below a gym when I made this booking. The loud noises from the gym - which I can understand - that kept the family awake. This is the weekend of a soccer tournament at Pacesetter Park in Sylvania and the games started early and we were attempting to get to sleep early. I called the front desk around 9;30pm and that is when I found out that above me is a gym and the closing hours is 11pm. Other issues I had with this room was the only trash can was in the bathroom and none in the living area. Thankfully, we brought trash bags with us. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work at all.
