  : The day I registered for the hotel the link I clicked on had a rate of $158 per day and the receipt I received had another rate of $177 and an address for Amsterdam,NL. I am not sure how this occurred but it is of great concern and caused me be fearful that ID theft may have occurred. My credit card has two charges $50 and $460.60. The receipt I received by email has $410.60. We decided to use booking.com to find the best rate and it's very concerning that ID theft may have occurred due to the amounts and addresses not known to us.
  : The rate I chose at booking .com had $158 per day and the rate I saw on my final receipt shows $177 per day. The amounts were different on my credit card statement. I see an amount for $460.60 and $50. The email I received a day prior to travel has $410.60. The address on my receipt say Amsterdam and I live in the USA and never lived anywhere outside of the USA. This is very alarming with so much ID theft.

  : Bed was comfy.
  : There pool was closed, they should have had notices posted or had it posted online. Aloy of other guests was upset as well because of the pool being closed. The breakfast attendant wasn't wearing any gloves while prepping or papare food.

  : It had a comfy bed and small kitchen. The room temp was good too. The breakfast in the morning was your traditional hotel breakfast nothing to fancy but was fine. The morning staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel manager was nice and understanding.
  : Booking.com did not tell me the pool was closed. I picked this hotel for the pool that was unavailable. Most of the Sunday workers were by the side doors smoking weed. The hallways smelled like weed the whole first day we were there. The bath tub was leaking and the main door and bathroom door handles were worn out.

  : Location was the reason we chose this place . They advertised walking distance to concert venue . However , the area had no sidewalks for pedestrians. Walkable ? Yes . Advisable ? No. They should consider rephrasing that .
  : When we checked in the room the bed wasn’t made . When I told them they gave us a different room . Not a huge deal
