  : I was not in the inn to my dismay but in the back building. There were flying bugs everywhere probably due to the creek. I have photos. There was no one in the office the whole time I was there. We were 25 minutes late due to a storm and heavy traffic. They cancelled our dinner reservation. The only helpful person was the waitress who brought us crab cakes to our room (at a cost of $82!!!). They were appetizer size and very overpriced! There were no vacancies and so we’re stuck there. There was no rug in the picture, no private balcony (just a deck walkway, no river (small buggy creek) like the description says). The room seems like it was not supposed to be for guests but maybe for staff. There was a piece of flooring missing, bad lighting, no rug like in the picture, poor lighting,no towel rack in the powder room only a hole in the wall and whole room needs a paint job and a remodel. The shower was a complete disaster. The shower head was directed right in your face and it was so small and ugly, it was a joke. I away very disappointed. I am requesting a full refund! Oh and the free breakfast was horrible. Bad French toast and dried out scrambled eggs. I didn’t even eat it. Shame on you.
