  : I had to stay here because it was close to an event I was attending and was "cost effective". Breakfast was just adequate. Coffee was available all hours.
  : However, older "value" property that still needs work. Room 115 had a slippery tub floor, no hand holds; dangerous, had to buy a bath mat; unattractive careless caulk smeared bathroom. Room was dank and AC did not dehumidify, and just blew cool wet air; filters dirty, had to clean. Sheets seemed near wet. Additionally some pillowcases smelled as if not changed from last guest (policy - change linens or towels only every three days of a stay to save water; but??). Right side of bed skirt still had dried vomit from a previous guest. I was too tired and set on my schedule to demand it to be cleaned or changed. So I sprayed it with Lysol (as a did with most of room when I wiped down dirty hand and finger marks) and slept on the other side of the bed. Laundry, but no soap; should have been better marked.
