  : The location was good, close to Eagle Express. The condo seemed clean and comfortable, with most of the amenities we needed.
  : Quite a few things: garbage disposal was broken (had to call maintenance), then the light and fan switches in the bedroom vanity area went out, we ran out of toilet paper (no extras under the bathroom sink), one of the bedside lamps not working (turned out the plug was dead), no kindling for the fireplace (despite instructions calling for it), the walkway and bottom steps leading to the entrance were iced over and unsafe (ice only partially cleaned), the pool gate was broken and garbage area next to the pool, which represents a hazard at night. Last but not least: the underground parking clearance is too low for SUVs and vans (we have a van), and we had to park in the open parking lot next to the office, and LEAVE our van there the entire 3 days, lest we'd lose our spot. There should be a mitigation plan to accommodate cars taller than 7 feet, that cannot be parked in the underground garage.
