  : The lobby, restaurant and facilities seemed nice. But then you get to the rooms and theyve clearly been neglected.
  : The room was filthy. There were holes in the walls and visible mold all around the bathtub. The wallpaper was peeling away and when we did a bed bug check, we found a ton of dust and grime accumulated behind the headboard and side tables and all around the floor. It was obvious nobody has bothered to look behind or under anything in a while, or inspect the state of the furnishings. The chairs were also extremely dirty and had snags and holes all over. If there was a bedbug infestation, its clear this place would not clean well enough to stop them from spreading.

  : The bed was VERY comfortable. It was nice to have a bar on-site for a drink/snack at night. Very close to Immaculata University.
  : Initially had a problem with the room type - we booked a king room with sofa bed on this site. Upon arrival there were no rooms of that type available - they were fully booked. After showing the Booking.com confirmation indicating the room type had two beds, I was accommodated with a king room with a pull-out sofa, but it wasn't ready for an early check-in. Upon check-in several hours later, and inspection of the room, it was apparent that particular room hadn't been rented in a long time and certainly wasn't recently cleaned. Housekeeping brought linens for the pull -out: a top sheet, bottom sheet, lumpy pillow with case, thin blanket. There were cobwebs on the walls/ceiling, lots of staining on the walls and bathroom vanity, dirty/sticky spots in the tub, the shower rod was wrapped (probably because the bathroom door banged into it and wasn't able to be open fully). A receptacle next to the bed was out of the wall with several plugs in it, and the dresser had a white film all over the side of it. There was also a loud howling of the wind outside and draft from the windows, room service trays sat in the hallway almost all of Saturday, housekeeping made the main bed on day two but did nothing with the pull-out.
