  : The room was nice and spacious. The location was literally 4 minutes drive to the Kentucky Convention Centre
  : It’s literally just off the highway and close to the airport so there’s a lot of noise

  : When we check in, the bedsheet looks clean but they smell like body odour and the the watch room was not clean, we called downstairs and told them, he said there were no available room and the housekeeper were not there, he give us clean sheets and said the room will be clean tomorrow.Next day the housekeeper came and cleaned the bathroom now our conference had been extended to Monday, so I wanted an extra day, I looked online and same hotel was $20 cheaper than the rest so, I went downstairs. Tried to get them to book me an extra day, but she was offering me higher rate than what was offered online. I ask her if she can just match the price she said no just book it online. I said the reason why I didn’t want to book it online is because it was going to ask me for a deposit on top of the deposit that the hotel already took, she refused to give me the same price as it was online then I asked for her manager she said he was not there. She text him and then she told me I have to wait until he gets there. He got there and he weaver the second deposit, but he did not match the online rate. We was far and we don’t know anybody so we took it.Overall terrible experience one stay there again.

  : Everything was excellent except the breakfast. I brought my two grandsons with me one who thought everything did not look good. So I guess I can say it wasn’t appealing to a youngsters eyes. Also, there wasn’t an a variety of breakfast meats, but only sausage. However, the waffles were delicious and I really enjoyed them
  : There should be more bath towel racks or hooks in the bathroom. There was no place to put a clean towel or washcloth. Neither a change of clothes after showering. There should be a fan as well in the bathroom.
