  : Staff was arrogant and very unprofessional. Didn't make sure that the room that I had reserved was right, I had reserved a room with a garden tub, he just looked on the computer and assigned me to a room. No communication at all, he programmed the room cards and I had to tell him after that I needed to pay. We got to the room and no garden tub. The carpet in the room was frayed and was coming up, holes in the walls, some had been repaired but not finished. Had a big spot in the ceiling above the tub that was falling apart. Water temperature kept changing while taking a shower. The TV volume was distorted and was either too high or too low. The door was dragging on the bottom making it hard to open and close.

  : Turn off faucet and sounds like a bomb went off. Claims room is for 4 people. Gave towels for 2. No Kleenex available. Stop advertising breakfast when there is no breakfast due to Covid.
