  : The room was well-appointed and comfortable. It would have been ideal for a lengthy stay as it even had a kitchen with dishwasher. The bed was comfortable and the courtyard was very attractive and welcoming.
  : We had to carry our luggage upstairs to get to our room. It was doable but not convenient. There was only one spot in front of the hotel to park and unload luggage. Access to an underground parking garage was not granted until check-in. The parking places were fine for compact cars but a little tight for an SUV.

  : Love that it doesn’t have huge hotel signage & feels more like a living space than a hotel. Love the size of the room & amenities (kitchenette) & adore the roof garden & easy walking Westwood location. Also dog friendly for our well-behaved service dog.
  : Roof garden gym could use some more & esp. some lighter free weights. Would be nice to have a refrigerator & ice machine on roof as well.

  : Great location in Westwood next to a lot of restaurants and shops. Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Target, and Ralph's all within walking distance. Hammer Museum is a short walk. Beautiful UCLA campus right up the street. Hotel was lovely and very secure. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. And the bed.... My gosh, so comfortable. I slept like a baby.
  : General lack of attention to details. Room was generally clean, but the shower had hair in the drain. The bathroom sink was slow to drain. The kitchen pots and pans, etc. were kind of thrown into a couple of drawers, in a hodgepodge mess. In fact, one of the drawers wouldn't open because it was stuck from someone just shoving a bunch of stuff in it. The kitchen was missing some advertised items like a kettle. We were a couple, but there was only one robe (the robes are very nice, by the way.) Also, the room advertised a washer and dryer. Our room did not have one. But the staff kindly moved us to another room with them, no questions asked. There was a private patio for each room, but no patio furniture, which was odd. Just open space....Even cheap plastic chairs and a little table would have been welcome. Taken separately, these were not awful, but it was the collection of them that caused us to say - hmmm, we paid a lot of money for a week's stay and expected more. Parking garage is $40/night. I did not know this when I booked so it was a bit of a surprise. We ended up using it because it was very convenient and secure, and is just an elevator ride down.
