  : When I arrived, the front door was locked and there was no way to contact the hotel unless I called. I knocked a few times, hoping to be heard. I finally found the number for the hotel and was in the process of calling when the desk clerk saw me and let me in. There should be a better way, but I didn't see any. I also do not like the fact that they charge $100 for incidental fees that you received back in the morning you check out. That doesn't sit right with me at all. Why would you collect $100 only to give it back supposedly before the room is checked out for any damages or? It seems more of an opportunity to collect money and hang on to it for the interest. There's a lot of money to be made, on other people's money even if it is for a short period of time. It's very suspicious and I do not like being told it could take up to two weeks to get my hundred dollars back, and that it is my thanks fault. We all know how this works and I will be watching it closely.

  : Good location in town, and fairly large rooms. A/C was cold and plenty of towels.
  : Run down. Many areas around the hotel were closed or inoperable. Somewhat dirty, too. Used to be very pet friendly, but once they were bought out by Wyndham they charge excessively for pets.

  : Breakfast was good and the lady working in the breakfast room was very pleasant.
  : The reception desk empty for more than 15 minutes when I arrived. An ant was crawling across the desk.
