  : Location was great for us. Just a short trip to our conference. The beach was just a short walk and was awesome. The chairs provided for use at the beach were great and the pool and hot tub were clean and warm. A bonus for our late November stay!

  : The unit was very clean and just a short walk across the street and down a path to the beach. Unfortunately, the condos next door were undergoing some renovation, so that made it a bit noisy on Monday morning (we stayed Friday-Tuesday). That was no fault of our host, though. There is a Publix about 3 miles south and a host of restaurants nearby. We had pizza delivered from Solorzanos one night that was delicious. There were plenty of towels and extra sheets in the linen closet as well beach towels available. There was a beach chair and umbrella, but we did not use those. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware, but we did not cook! Loved the screened in patio, too. We would definitely book again. Longboat Key is IMO the most beautiful location on AMI.
  : The construction next door but that wasn't the host's fault.

  : Great location very easy access to the bay side (on property) and just a short walk for beach access on the gulf side. Location was quiet and was in walking distance to a number of local establishments.
  : Refrigerator had a personality of its own. It worked great but made a number of unique noises. Living room furniture was a little uncomfortable.
