  : Very clean facility. Water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. Great breakfast. (Eggs, pancakes, potatoes and bacon.)
  : Elevator failed to open on several occasions. Staff weren't mean by any means, but weren't overly friendly. Bed was rock hard.

  : The location, the room and the food was pretty good
  : As a tourist I tend to have my money in cash and on the day of my arrival at the hotel I didn't think it was a big problem; I have paid deposits in Manhattan hotels for less than 42 dollars and in cash On the day of my arrival, the girl who was in the lobby asked me for 100 dollars and even though I told her that I had it in cash because banking procedures are heavy in my country on Sundays, she did not want to receive it. He asked me for my card and I told him that I only had 50 dollars, he took it and after that he took my passport and my card and demanded the rest of the payment even though I told him that I only had cash. When I checked out I asked how long it would take to get my money back and they told me 5 days. I think it is something very complicated and in a certain way humiliating with the client since they withheld my passport to apparently pressure me to pay the other 50 dollars by card.

  : The hotel is great! I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. The staff was really nice, cleaning was top notch. I felt very comfortable in the room, all amenities were working. The bed was so big (at least comparing to the European standard I'm used to) and very comfortable. Everything is exactly as depicted on pictures. The neighborhood is really nice and I felt safe there, the hotel is located in a very close proximity to the subway. It takes approximately 15 minutes to go to Manhattan. Great price comparing to other hotels in NYC. If I ever come back to New York I'll 100% choose this hotel.
  : The breakfast was not really good, the variety was limited (toasts, bagels, cream cheese, nutella, jam, dry scrambled eggs, burned bacon). I wish there was some ham and vegetables. It could fill you up, but it was not enjoyable to eat.
