  : Take the plastic wrapper off the mattress , turn the mattress to the top side take the plastic water proff cover off then remove the plastic. Bottom sheet then put a cotton mattresses PAD on the use top of the line expensive sheets and expensive pillows then use pillow slip covers then use top of the line pillow cases do not wash and dry your bed pillows JUST TAKE CARE IF THE EXPENSIVE PILLOWS you should buy . IMAGINE that Hospitality means kindness, honesty and COMFORT. Treat people with respect. Consider having actual water pressure. Use a handyman who can read instructions on installing plumbing and toilet seats . Vet your handyman to see if he or she is a professional and not breaking something just to come back and repair it or installing it incorrectly and your not know that it’s been done wrong is not cost effective. Put in an ice machine that is despensed not handled out of the managers apts freezer by hand. The ice stinks so bad unclean water is gross. A healthy ice machine and expensive water filter makes clear ice any other color is dirty , and dirt doesn’t taste good. Manage who you rent to . Hookers are gross and the hotel might survive if you not open doors for that kind of activity. Make a dollar of that and loose five customers who saw it , heard it and were grossed out by it. Greece the gate , why theee a gate is beyond me. Take care of the windows they will break down just like every thing and anything in life The blinds and windows are a fares . The shades must be shut so no one looks in the windows open and blinds open don’t work in your tiny space . Employeees management look in constantly that’s rude and an invasion of privacy . Assuming people come to a hotel if any side and want tosee you is selfish. Assuming people do g want privacy is stupid assuming people don’t want comfort is ignorant Notice everything and take care Imigration it - take the nip side down inverted music stand out of the tree that needs replanting that’s just ugly
  : The drain pipes in the rooms ( I was in 4 different rooms ) stink , they exuded a stench that makes it unbearable. That’s a health hazard I’m sure had a hotel health code attached to it. Don’t take up parking place with your own car that’s bad business., restripe that one parking spot that is angled incorrectly . Cars do t fit in spaces like that. The doors need peep holes for safety purposes. The floors need carpet upstairs no me wants to hear every stomp and footstep from the room above all day or night . Flip the mattresses buy good ones for all the rooms that’s about it .

  : You could see the water from our room. Great walking distance to the store.
  : The shower. We had three people and the shower was in where everyone could see you. It was all glass.

  : We had a car, and there were only 5 spots to park at this hotel, one being handicapped. When we asked where to park, we were told to park behind a man’s very large truck. He would have been blocked in. So we waited for a spot for a couple hours. And even though our room was ready, And we were only an hour before checkin, we were charged $20.
