  : The girl Saturday morning was polite and helpful.
  : We were not given the room I booked. I needed 2 beds because I have a 3 year old that sleeps in 18 different directions a night.Receive a king single. Completely booked so they couldn't move us.The room was not clean. Empty drink bottle under the chair. Hair on the walls in the bathroom. Not swept or vacuumed. Made due since 3 year old needed to go to bed.In the AM found out the shower was broken. Had a full day of family obligations but went back to have kiddo take a nap. The gal at the desk was able to get us moved to a queen double room. It was clean and smelled fresh.That evening there was a party or wedding booked in the ballroom directly below us. Guests were smoking IN the back doorway and the music was LOUD. The front desk gal tried to get them to move and turn things down. That went over like a pregnant poll vaulter.It was a very rough and difficult stay that was NOT worth what we had to pay.

  : Its started to get some wear and tear. Could use some updates in the bathrooms. Shower was either really hot or really cold

  : Could not check in until after four pm. Room was cold the entire stay. Sink did not drain well. Green eggs for breakfast was not impressive. Seems this location is going in the wrong direction.

  : Great variety and nice layout for breakfast - everyone in my family ate something they liked and was satisfied. My daughter forgot her toothbrush and was able to get one from the front desk. Staff was very friendly!
  : In a suite, its probably a good idea to set it up with extra soap, shampoo, etc - I had to go ask for more of those, so my family could shower in the morning.

  : The hotel manager was super accommodating when we asked for a late check out. Made me want to come back for that kindness if nothing else. Breakfast had biscuits and gravy. Impressed! .
  : Only little things. Doors, bathrooms showing their wear underneath a noteworthy attempt to modernize the hotel. Front desk computer monitor was propped up on a cardboard box. Not super professional.
