  : The front desk clerk that works third shift was the only thing I liked about this place at least he tried to help me out. I ended up checking in my room extremely late because I had a long drive due to extenuating circumstances and all I wanted to do is get my Jacuzzi and go to bed. Well, the Jacuzzi didn’t even work. The room was dirty, and I had already paid for the hotel
  : I was tired so I didn’t feel like finding another place to go and I was already there. The room was already paid for so I ended up cleaning the room myself and the next morning I woke up at 8 AM and tried to talk to the staff since the housekeeper well the front desk clerk from third shift didn’t know anything and, they were extremely rude and didn’t even even try to help me or compensate me or anything. He told me you went online to get the hotel go back online to get my money back.
