  : Nothing for breakfast! It is listed as having Continental Breakfast, I DON'T feel a waffle iron only is considered a Continental Breakfast!!! No juice, no cereal, not even any fruit. Very disappointed in this.

  : Room wasn't ready until 9pn, it's was very outdated and not cleaned very well, website showed you have continental breakfast when the only had granola bars in a to go bag, and no elevator.

  : I could write a book in order to list all the things I did not like. But succinctly , the staff very poor in dealing and communicating with customers. There was a woman, whom later I learned she was the manager, who whenever did not understand me, which was often, she would say;- Uaaaht ?. In reception there was never anybody to be found. there was a notice saying to call a number if anybody wanted anything, but that number was never available. Again with the excuse of covid the room was not made. On the ceiling of my room there was a hole with exposed electric wires. When I enquired, I was told that it was a smoke alarm which was missing. Sometime the front doors were locked because the "manager" went to collect her daughter from school. (this is something I saw myself). I was charged $ 27 more than the booking confirmed price. There was no breakfast room. In the morning customers had to go to reception to ask for breakfast and take it to the room. This consisted in a papar bag with a packet of oat meal and a crunchy bar NO MILK. Terrible place.

  : Everything could have been better. Nobody at check in. Had to call a number to get somebody there. No breakfast. Whole place was filthy. Keys didnt work when we returned from an outing. They had to leave the property to get clean sheets. I could go on.
