  : The incidental fee being $250 per room is ridiculous. It’s not worth it. There is a homeless camp at the back of the building, your car is free game to about 20 homeless. The night staff aren’t there. I waited more than 10 minutes for someone to show up, twice. The microwave in room 303 did not work. There was not a spare blanket for my guest to use the couch and we couldn’t find staff to assist.

  : That may Credit card was charged $250.00 and I already paid through Booking.com and that I was told it would drop off eventually but staying at another location we didn't have that problem, They took my card and put it on file but never made a transaction. But here they ran the card and now it sitting in my bank account pending payment. I understand why its done but to run the card is aggravating on my end.

  : The room was a pretty room and free laundry service.
  : First off, the location of the property was right next to a small area where a bunch of homeless people are spread out. (They are also behind the property near the dog relief area.) Not only was there a lot of homeless people that would cross all the time through the parking lot of the hotel, there was a lot of DRUG dealing happening. My hotel room was facing a parking area near the homeless and drug dealing activity. It was so bad that no one would park in that area due to all the activity. Throughout the night, you could hear all the cars that would come and go to do drug deals. The front desk HAD to know what was going on. I filed a claim anonymously with IHG customer service number. They gave me a claim number. I felt that it was such a shame that it felt very unsafe and had us stressing out that our car could get robbed throughout the night. Or someone break into the building. At one point in the middle of the night we were thinking about leaving. Secondly, there is a $250 Incidental fee when you book for a night at this hotel. The incidental was pretty steep if you ask me. The room was only $166 and the incidental was more than the room! Thirdly, they would not give extra towels. They told me if we wanted more towels we would have to “switch them out” to get dry ones. We also asked for 2 pillows and was only able to get one.
