  : People are smoking weeds in the parking lot and then coming to stay in that hotel do you can imagine

  : The location of the property was great!! My family loved the indoor swimming pool. Yadir Soriano was very concern and hands on with my dreadful hotel situation.
  : The manager or assistant manager cancel my two day stay reservation without contacting me to see if I was not going to make my reservation. Due to the extreme severe weather traveling from Birmingham to Atlanta and the 2 hour wreck delay I was so so so hurt and disappointed because my family and I room had been canceled. At first, the front desk clerk Yadir assumed that BOOKING. COM had canceled the reservation because of the 12 midnight no show. When I called BOOKING.COM they confirmed that my reservation was still standing. When I spoke back to the other desk clerk at COMFORT INN & SUITES down in the lobby (young pregnant lady) she investigated and realized that either the manager or assistant manager had did 6pm confirmation calls but no one called my cell. I called at 5pm from Birmingham, AL and spoke to, Yadir, inform him that my family and I would be running late but was definitely coming. Yadir charged me a $20 hotel hold fee and said as long as my family and I arrive by 3am we were in good standings. To arrive after midnight due dangerous storm conditions and terrible car wreck and to make insult… I arrive with my 77 yr old disabled father, disabled brother, two grandkids, daughters and husband and myself to not have anywhere to sleep because the assistant manager or manager canceled my room and gave it to someone else. Yadir was very apologetic to the situation and really tried to accommodate my family and I. It was so difficult, stressful and hurtful to figure after traveling for several hours to have no accommodations. They put my family and I into a two bed queen room and it was so uncomfortable for all us. I’m just frustrated but I definitely appreciate all the help and concern from Yadir and the pregnant young lady who worked the overnight shift after Yadir went home. I was suooose to have a two bedroom suite and let out couch which is what I reserved online. I pray this type of
