: Location, right on the water!
: Very old chairs(ripped and faded) and furniture. Mattresses were also aged, very springy and loud. No dressers, or storage area and lack of hangers in small closet. Wifi was not working, decent place but pricey for what it was.

: Very convenient close to town
: It was a little bit dirty but it worked for the one night we stayed

: The waterfront location, beach area, and children's playgrounds were unbeatable! Individual cabins looked nice from outside but since we stayed in the waterfront 8-plex unit, we did not see inside the cabins.
: Our unit in the 8-plex, which included a small "kitchenette" was adequately furnished. However, the unit had a lot of deferred maintenance issues (e.g., bathroom faucet aerator was so badly plugged, the water only sprayed out from the sides rather than down; the screen on one of the windows was bent and falling out; there was sand on the top sheet of the king side bed immediately beneath the blanket; the ceiling fan was extremely noisy; and broom and dustpan was not provided so was unable to remove the sand which was unavoidably tracked in from the beach.

: It was nice and roomy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The signs outside were very helpful. The beach area was clean and comfortable. We had to leave due to a family emergency and they were very cooperative in providing a one day refund. Very grateful!
: Didnt like the county tax charge. The price was surprising as we expected some tax but not 14+%. There were cob webs in the corners. The ceiling fan in one bedroom was too noisy to use. A slight musty smell when you first enter. Beds werent made and expected towels and washcloths but had to ask for them.

: Tight parking with a boat and trailer but made it work
: Parking a little tight, cabin/apartment smelled a little musty upon arrival

  : Location was great.
: Granddaughter and boyfriend got locked out of their cabin. They tried to contact staff but calls were not returned They had to sleep outside. In the morning staff was not there so they used a Credit card to open the door. Also there was only one bath towel, and no other towels or washcloths. For the amount of money spent for this place it was sadly unkempt and not suitable for an overnight stay.

: We weren't aware there was a breakfast available. The room was so nice. Sorry for getting sand in the sheets. Loved the Victorian chair. Atmosphere ; ) The bathroom was spacious with enough towels and tp. We has a good time.
: There were no forks, so we bought some Wallyworld cheapies and left them there. The bed was kinda hard. My husband slept on the sofa a lot. That induction thing did not work (suit #23). We did well with the toaster oven/grill. There could have been some paper towels in the holder. When we did dishes, the water inevitably ran under the microwave. Is the countertop level? Nothing was horrible. I just rolled up a towel, putting it by the microwave. We were given an upgrade. I'm not complaining, just letting you know.
