: Liked that the facility had a lot of amenities and nice touches like individual wall sconces for bunk beds and was pet-friendly.
: The sheets and blankets had hair and debris on them so we had to do a load of laundry immediately, and the refrigerator leaked water into the floor the first day so that entire evening was spent trying to figure out how to make it stop leaking and cleaning the mess to prevent damage. The customer service line didnt provide a response until after midnight when we went to bed and the only suggestion was to make sure the fridge was plugged in, which it was. The second day we discovered the hot tub was filthy and unusable and never received a response from the service line for the remainder of our stay, rendering the hot tub unusable, which was disappointing since it was one of the main reasons why we chose the rental.
