  : Room location to beach.
  : Cost of soda from machine is ridiculous. Surprised there was no continental breakfast.

  : The view was amazing, ocean right outside our front door - amazing.
  : The room was expensive, I expected better. Thursday night was good, however Friday afternoon and evening was a disaster!!!!! So many people showed up, very loud and the room above us were constantly moving around the furniture, until 2 am - totally unacceptable considering I signed a rental agreement that clearly stated quiet hours starting at 10. Kids running around till midnight, parent parting in large groups, smoking outside our room (clearly sates no smoking). I have to say that I was very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this accommodations. I will be requesting a refund for the last nigh from the management company!!!

  : The Sea Gypsy is right on the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants.
  : The pool area needs an update and the water in the pool was cold. The pool area desperately needs a little TLC.

  : The pool heater not working, the indoor pool is extremely cold got sick from getting in the cold pool water

  : Clean room, clean windows, great views, amenities.
  : No elevator. I guess I didn't realize the room was on the 3rd floor when I booked it. My 85 year old mom had a hard time getting up 3 flights of stairs. Otherwise we had a great time!
