: The location is great as a base camp for touring the whole island. The floor plan for perfect for traveling with teens and having some space.
: It felt neglected - I dont mind dated decor, but there was a lot that could use a refresh. The upstairs smoke detector is lying open- no battery. The mirrors in the full bath are deteriorating and streaked with black. In the half bath, the soap dispenser plunger is broken in half - this is less than $2 to replace. Chairs on the deck are rusty. These small things really make you question the quality of the space overall.

: great location
: our unit was dirty . towels was left in the dryer smelled moldy. I had to rewash them , the filter on the dryer was not cleaned. was packed full of lint , link on the walls behind the dryer looked dirty and nasty . the kitchen cabinets were dirty and really needed to be cleaned . I will never stay there again the washer start bottom kept getting stuck , coming up the stairs you could see the dust on the ledge to the first bedroom on the left . I just cant believe I was charged 600. 00. cleaning fee when the place was dirty , I also believe our sheets were never changed !!!

: The home is not updated and the AC unit in the front bedroom drips down over the front entry door.

: Condo had deceiving pictures. Unit outdated, furniture not comfortable. Had to buy a battery for smoke detector (not one in it). Bathroom sink didnt drain properly.
