  : The rooms were large and the breakfast was amazing. It was convenient to everything we needed.
  : There were ants in many places in the room and in my bed. They were on the dresser when we first arrived and we just thought crumbs may have been left behind. Not the case.

  : There was no hot water, i had warm for about 3 minutes. At one point I was in the cold shower and then not only was there no hot water, there was NO water. I had a hair full of shampoo and there was no water. The fridge didn’t work, the remote didn’t work, somehow our alarm clock went off at 5:00am and the staff was not helpful. I called down to find out what happened and all they kept saying was there was nothing they could do. I was told a manager was on the way in and he would talk to me. Nope, they were never available. There was a guy that did come fix the remote, he was helpful until I asked if he knew what was happening with the water and then he left and said he would have the manager call me, but that never happened. I did not see this, but my son said there was mold on the walls near the indoor pool.
