  : Rusty tub. Stained up bed. Was told I had to leave for someone else's issue who I didn't know. Refused my room deposit back. The floor was not cleaned well. Got a fresh shower and feet were black. Very un happy and I spent alot of money being there money I didn't exactly have for them to deny my room deposit back. I also was told I could check in at 2 pm. I go there she changed it to 3 pm and I had to wait another 30 minutes before even checking in my room.

  : Doors all have gaps top and bottom. You can hear all noise in hallway. Put thin rubber strip in there. This would block 50%of the noise. Have some extra hooks or pegs in bathroom to hang towels at use them. Have little thicker pillows. Also make available extra blanket. You need ac on and after while gets colder, but only thin sheet and super thin bed cover.

  : Staff was friendly and the water pressure is great.
  : Hallways and room smelled like smoke and I can’t identify the other smell. Headboard and floors weren’t overly clean and everything in room is a bit out dated, stained and worn. For the price I expected it to be better. Also, check the window in the room. Mine wasn’t locked initially.

  : I had a medical emergency and was taken to the hospital by ambulance. All of my belongings were left left in the room. My suitcase, my glasses, my clothes. Two days later I was discharged from the hospital. Upon calling the hotel to retrieve my belongings, the staff was disinterested in my request to find my belongings. I called twice and both times they half-heartedly said they'd look for them. Both times I never heard back from them. Replacing my glasses cost $365 dollars. My suitcase cost $100. My clothes about $150. Apparently they stole from me during a medical emergency. That's just abhorrent.
