  : Upstairs TV didnt work very well. The remote wouldnt work and volume control didnt work. Master bedroom DVD player didnt have a remote and made it hard to use.

  : It was a cute vacation home. It was modern and the appliances were nice. Nice collection of DVDs.
  : I really didnt like the lack of window treatmentsnot ok in bedrooms. The driveway would have been a nightmare if there were more snow and it was far out of town. No wood on porch or split(luckily we had a splitting maul). Definitely needs more mixing type bowls and coffee cups and drinking glasses. Not at all fond of the open bedroom in the loft. Extremely noisy. You also need to state no TV.

  : Beautiful cabin in the woods! Looked like it belonged on a postcard. Very clean and remote (no cell/internet) and dog friendly, just what we wanted. Glad we were advised to bring chains as we needed them for the snowy and steep driveway. We had a great time getting in the hot tub!, making fires and watching DVDs!
  : Downstairs mattress had no support, needs to be replaced.

  : I loved the coziness, the hot tub, and the comfortable beds
  : There was no wifi and shady service so it was sometimes hard to contact people, and the driveway was rough to get out of. I parked my car at the top of the driveway and walked down.

  : I enjoyed the hot tub and the large collection of DVD's for entertaining the kids at night. The bedrooms were in good condition and I thought the place was clean.
  : The main problem was the driveway down to the house is totally inaccessible as it was not maintained and covered in a thick sheet of ice. When we drove (slid) down it the first night, we did not know that we would not be able to get back up the next morning. We hoped for the best and assumed a property management company would indeed manage the property and would not put us in a position like this. The next day (Christmas Eve) when we went to enjoy Leavenworth and attempted to drive up the steep, icy hill, we made it about 1/2 up three times before finally sliding down and getting stuck. To Vacasas credit, the regional manager Jeremy had someone come out to help get us unstuck. The problem was as the very nice gentleman Willie was backing down with chains on his truck, it slid backwards and eventually hit our van. This was obviously no fault of his own but rather an illustration of the poor condition this driveway was in. After several attempts (and some more bumper damage) he was finally able to get us up the hill. The following two days we parked at the top of the hill and walked with our 3 children down the icy hill to the house. We also had to walk all of our belongings up the icy hill when we left. What is disappointing is that none of this was described or disclosed to us in any way. Even if we would have brought chains, there is no guarantee that this would have helped in getting up the driveway. To have not disclosed the actual inaccessible conditions of this house is unacceptable, not to mention the damage that was done to our vehicle as a result of this negligence. Further, the one wall heater in the downstairs living area is burned out so there was no working heat except in the bedrooms. This obviously made our stay very cold as it was getting down to 20-25 degrees at night. We've tried to contact Vacasa with emails and a few voice messages but there is no response.

  : The cabin is cozy, located in a quiet and secluded canyon near a creek, surrounded by trees. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings are comfortable. Great tv and picture. It was very peaceful.
  : We were not aware until we got there that there is no internet nor did we have cell service. We had to drive up the road from the cabin to get cell service. There is a landline in the cabin but can only be used for local or 800 numbers. There is problem with hornets around the hot tub so taking advantage of the great front porch didn't happen. Also, the barbecue grill needs maintenance. Performance was poor. I would also add screens to all of the windows and the sliding door so they could be open during warm weather.

  : The beds were comfy, the couch was cozy, the fireplace was exceptional! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots for cooking, coffee pot, coffee grinder, etc. The DVD collection was fantastic! Although we did stop and rent some new ones as well. The hot tub was nice and warm, with a nice view of the creek. Our favorite part was being secluded enough for our dogs to run around the place and not be intruded on by others. Being close to Leavenworth was also nice for grocery shopping or visiting shops. Overall a great weekend in a great location!
  : I wish the DVD players had worked better. They definitely need an upgrade as one had bad connectors and the other kept skipping. Luckily we brought along our PS4 and hooked that up so we were able to play DVD's off that instead. It also could have been cleaned a bit better as far as windows and cob webs in the far corners of the ceilings. We ran into a few huge spiders! Also the kitchen could have been a bit better stocked with oil and spices.

  : We liked the creek, the size of the cabin, the hot tub and the space/not being close to neighbors. The little creek has a tiny spot that you can hang out in with maybe a person or two.
  : When we first got there, there were swarms of flies inside of the cabin and the trash had not been taken out. Honestly if I didnt pay so much for the cabin I would have walked out because of the flies inside. It was disgusting, we literally had to walk around killing flies. The tv upstairs is wonky and the volume doesnt go higher than like 2 theres no instructions how to use the system they connected to it and none of the remotes work. It says there wifi but theres not, it says TV but its janky. Theres no window covering so the cabin can get VERY hot, we were there during 100 degrees weather and when you wake up at like 8:30 am its like 85 degrees in the cabin and the sun is beaming on you.
