  : There were bed sheets and towels in the dryer that they hadnt folded and put away. There were sooooo many mosquitoes around. We literally had to bolt every time we opened the front door or deck door so none would come into the unit.

  : We contacted Evolve when the power went out and they offered for us to go to dinner and they would reimburse us for the cost. I thought that was really great customer service and I appreciated it
  : The power did go out for a few hours the 1st night we were there. Maybe an emergency kit with flashlights and candles would be a good idea to have on the property!

  : The location was great and felt pretty secure, especially for the cost. The area wasn't very busy, which made it feel quiet and peaceful. It is a very reasonable driving distance to the lake, but away from the buzz of the campgrounds. There is a carport for parking (although, it is a tiny bit confusing where to go when you first pull up - the condo number is on the doors at the back of the carport rather than out front where it is immediately visible).The condo was clean and spacious. When we did have an issue connecting to the internet, the owner was quick to respond.
  : The only reason this isn't a 9 or 10 is because we chose this specific condo for its advertised free wi-fi, as my son had multiple online meetings to attend - so it was mandatory to have internet. When we got there, no one could connect. The owner was responsive and did his best to help, but the issue was never truly or fully resolved. We learned during the course of our conversations with the owner it had happened to previous guests as well. One other thing to note - not bad necessarily, but not something we had ever experienced with previous rentals - they request you do a load of towels/linens before departing. Not being familiar with their equipment, I had no idea how long this would take - but give yourself at least an hour to get this done before departing.

  : This was a very comfortable apartment. There was everything that we needed, the house was clean and in a very beautiful area. The management was very responsive foe a minor problem that I experienced and it was rectified very easily. I would very much stay here again.
