  : The the hotel is moderately luxurious, but honestly it's a bit dated. The rooms have been the same for over 10 years and the age shows on the furniture, floors, walls, curtains, appliances, showers, etc.

  : The staff. From the hostess to the bellhop, excellent service.
  : The room. Can't believe The Signature is sub leasing to slum lords. Broken TV, a DVD player, who has that, remotes didn't work. The shower was ADA, which I didn't need. So was the tub. Not advertised as ADA. Next year will be looking to stay else where. I have been at the Signature for 5 straight years. If this is supposed to.be the best at MGM, then sell the dam place to someone who cares.

  : Quiet away from gambling machines. Used lazy river so at least got something for resort fee. Liked the bathroom and jacuzzi tub.
  : MGM Grand hallways etc looking pretty dated. Signature ok.but always lots of construction or fixing inside including internet front desk areas . The Sofa bed in suite could of used a warmer blanket. Kitchen could be better stocked. Also couldn't use my booking for MGM resort loyalty program which was disappointing. It can only be used if book direct with MGM.When I had any questions about my room or taxi I was told by front desk to contact the 3rd party I booked thru. Internet was non existent most of time in room. Very long walk thru connecting walkway then had to weave your way through the large casino to get out to strip or could go the outside backway which was solid construction on both sides of road and was also a long way. Not recommended if you are older or have leg or knee problems..they did have a partial moving walkway but it was being fixed most of the days and and didn't go too far.

  : the front desk was very friendly in the late afternoon. Valet service was great. Everything was nice and high class, which we aren't used to from Idaho!
  : Pool hours restricted due to season.

  : the room was awful, broken lamp, old scratched up furniture. no one cleaned it. i want the deposit of $300 back asap.

  : The MGM signature is a wonderful property we have stayed at many times. Not a bustling casino.
  : It was t the property it was the Orgoto personal you rent the room through. Its not MGM property so room cleanings. Trash or extra towels are a further charge. Room had a clogged sink full of water and a broken safe. It was a hastle to get them fixed. Price was good and the room was okay. Ive stayed in rooms thats were actually ran by MGM that were much nicer and cleaner. The Orgoto personal work in San Francisco so you cant get a hold of them after hours. MGM personal only give you the key and thats it. Price was cheaper but not worth it in my opinion. We were there 6 days.
