  : We were very happy with our room very clean and roomy.
  : The elevator broke down. This is the only elevator in the hotel. We had to carry/drag/bump our 40-50 lbs luggage down the stairwell. But what was also disappointing was the lack of communication from the hotel regarding the broken down elevator. There were no messages or notes on our door or anyone offering to help. The pool area was nothing special not many chairs to use or space around the pool. No greenery.

  : Jesus was so friendly.. every time we saw him he would say hello sir, hello..how is your stay, how is everything? He was absolutely wonderful and the rest of the staff were very friendly also.
  : The room was very clean and I love that it has a kitchenette in it with a full size refrigerator. The pool was warm and we had so much fun spending the day out there. I was disappointed that there was no shuttle from the airport especially because on booking.com it had an option for the shuttle with special instructions that I actually needed for my husband. Also, it would have been nice if there were more seating area(s). My husband and I did not have a car so our transportation was limited and we spent quite a bit of time in the hotel and had to basically stay in our room. They're really is only four chairs right in front of the desk as you check in, with no other place to just sit and read a book or relax like some hotels. Also our bed in room 125 has a mattress that is tilted down at the head end. It was ok with a couple pillow under your head but not great. All in all we will definitely be back to stay

  : They upgraded one room so we could have adjoining rooms for a family group. They accommodated my daughter's dog for a nominal fee. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the hot breakfast was a nice surprise. Also good central summerlin location.
  : The pool was clean and warm, but motel style ambiance. Still enjoyed it!
