  : I liked the location of the hotel; it was very ideal and not too far from the strip. The room was nice and the front desk staff was very professional and helpful. I also liked that there was a laundry area and 24 hour gym. Breakfast was good. And while we did not utilize the pool, it was nice to know that we could.
  : We did not receive cleaning service our entire stay. We had dirty towels piled up in our room on the floor the entire stay as well as not having our bedding changed at all. I mention the bedding and towels because it was has pretty hot in Las Vegas walking the strip, so we took showers at least twice a day. So between the showers and sweating, it would have been nice to have the sheets changed at least once and refresh of clean towels. We mentioned this to one of the individuals that cleaned the rooms as we were leaving one day to explore Vegas and was told to call the front desk. We did call the front desk and was told someone would be up, but no one ever came. As we left I mentioned it again to the front desk and was told that the individual who was to clean our room said we had a "Do Not Disturb" sign up. We did not. Upon our return to the hotel, the front desk attendant must've investigated the situation and deduced that we were correct. She apologized and told me she'd add 5000 points to my Hilton Honors Account. But I was not too happy with the workers that was supposed to clean our room.Thank you.
