  : breakfast is good. but like what i am contesting for, they charged me for 2 nights which is the WORST. Plus, instead of breakfast for 4, I only have 2 free ones on their record. Why?!
  : our breakfast is only good for 2 people. That’s what their record is saying according to them. I do not know what communication they had with booking.com. They’re saying that I should be there for 2 nights and they charged me for past night already when I was there to check in on May 31 and all they told me is to call you coz that’s not what booking.com relayed to them and I was on hold twice with booking to no avail about our stay. Then they say that everything checks out OK that they gonna charged me for only 1 night which truly the case but came the final amount and it is not.

  : I really enjoyed the layout and style of the room itself once I got to it. Getting into the hotel was literally an awful experience because it was very unclear. The parking lot was too awkward a location.The staff was not very friendly or courteous.
  : The location for entry needs to be more conspicuous and clearly marked. Some better exterior lighting would have helped too. Since on street parking is so scarce and unsafe it would have been nice to have a location to park while I checked in.
