  : At 2:15 tried to check in and was told we had to wait until 3, no problem. We get back to check in and wanted to separate the bill at check in only to find that the previous attendant had already checked in us in and we couldn’t pay separately. Rooms are in terrible shape, dirty, floors were not clean, pillows were like bricks, bathtub was awful and there was an event going on and no other rooms were available at other hotels for us to move to. Wanted to get a receipt at check out and the attendant acting like he was mad I asked for a receipt and claimed since I had used a 3rd party to book that I already had a receipt, he was just plain rude. Will never stay at this location again.

  : Room was not clean, curtain was held by safety pin, toilet lid was broken, puffy on the walls are not painted, painting on the ceiling was peeling, gap around the front door through which you can see the outside light, unprotected electric outlets, didn’t feel safe.

  : My dog refused to walk. . . There was so much Dog crap EVERYWHERE. It was truly disgusting. The bath mat was dirty,The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The hotel claims to be smoke free. 've never had an issue with a hotel room. I am grateful to have a place to stay, But this was just awful

  : The room smelled horrible from weed , and the air conditioning unit was so loud it sounded like a helicopter was flying in the room all night and it was not cool at all . The mattress felt like card board .

  : I liked that the location was close to where we were going
  : The lady at the front desk was absolutely nasty from the time that I have gotten there, she’s miserable!!! When I got there to check in the lobby/ office was locked and I had to wait for 5-10 min for the lady to come back to be able to even check in and she was very rude, I asked to pay with cash n she was gave a nasty response, then when we asked for extra towels and stuff she gave it to use with an attitude tbh she needs to be fired!
