  : The location was good.
  : Well I had hurt myself ended up in urgent care so had to leave early and even with proof of why I did not get refunded for that last night. The room was awful. The room stunk badly and the bathroom sink faucet was loose. The rugs were badly stained. I also during my vacation stayed at another hotel same chain same Home2 and it was like night and day. This hotel definitely cut a lot of corners. From tv services to the breakfast. As well as little things like no dispenser soap and dispenser conditioner. The garbage had things in it when we got in the room. It was like pulling teeth to get toilet paper etc. Also the last night we were there the power went out due to a storm. There was no generator so emergency lighting went on. When the lights in the area did finally go back on the hotel did not for another hour and a half extra we had no power because the maintenance man was not on site and when the power went off he shut the main switch off. So to get power he had to come back to turn it on. Very poor management. At that point all the emergency lighting was almost off because the battery backup was wearing out. So no hallways or stairwells were lit properly. This could be very dangerous. Also since I had a knee injury I had to walk up to the third floor on the stairs. It was too hard and the staff made no accommodations for anyone nor did anyone get any compensation. This particular hotel is awful and I would not recommend it to anyone.

  : The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable.
  : The entrance, lobby, and elevators smelled of pet feces for two days. I used the stairs to go out because the smell was too overwhelming.

  : Breakfast was a bit sparser than I anticipated, but the waffles were good. One of the charging stations near the bed was not connected to electricity and I didnt realize it until morning when my phone wasnt charged.

  : Very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
  : The pool was not open when we arrived due to some issue with the chemicals. The front desk person told us it would be opening the next day which didnt happen. Another guest on an extended stay told us the staff was saying that every day since she arrived

  : The pool wasnt open. The bathroom doors didnt even close. There was no latch to keep closed.
