: There is no breakfast at the treetop villas The Four Seasons. The scenery is truly beautiful. Unfortunately the customer service is not good. The pools on site are not good. The upper portion of the Treetop Villa is quite nice. Really simple, cheap furniture crappy mattresses, but nice the lower part is gross. Theres bugs all over the place.
: After driving seven hours to arrive at 3:48 with a temperature of 95 and a heat index of 102, then forcing us to stand outside hot tired, exhausted refusing to let us in till 4 oclock when theres nobody in there It was literally 12 minutes we wanted to cool down. It was a long trip. The customer service at the main lodge was rude to say the very least. In addition to that there are two outdoor pools on site. Both are very small unfortunately when one family takes over the pool with their kids, who each have 6 foot inflatables nobody can even get in there. You guys should really do something about that if you want giant inflatables take them to the lake get the hell out of the pool. There arent grills. There is one grill at the outdoor pool, shared by everybody which is tiny and again the same family Took over the grill the whole time. The pool hours are 9 AM to 10 PM which I dont see why we cant go earlier or why there isnt at least a two hour window either early in the morning or the evening where kids arent allowed if youre going to allow them to bring in two floating devices, which basically are the size of the pool itself. It was really disappointing. The mattresses are not good. The cleanliness is OK they are very old and outdated, the furniture is cheap, but the lower level has bugs all over the place didnt even wanna go down there. All in all for the amount I spent $900 for three nights this was extremely disappointing. The best part is how they tell you to clean before you leave. Do all the dishes run the dishwasher take out all the garbage. Hilarious things how when we arrived the kitchen cabinets inside an hour or so dirty that you can run your finger along it and have your fingertip people agree so we actually scrubbed your kitchen for you because it was disgusting.
