  : Loved the views, large deck, large room and appreciated the high quality Shampoo and conditioner. It was the first time ever I didn't use my own brought from home. This Malin + Goetz shampoo and conditioner was so high end that I bought it on Amazon after leaving. This shows how much the hotel wants to please guests. The Heat Hotel recommended a jet ski company operating from the boat slips in front of the hotel. We received a 10% discount being a guest at the Heat Hotel. They do boat rentals as well. Super convenient being in front of the hotel. There is a little area to get in the river via steps on the dock. We didn't notice them until we were leaving. This is a great unique place to stay for a balcony, walking ease, Easy water craft rentals and boat/people watching at the London Bridge.
  : No shelves in fridge making it hard to use. The shower side edges could use a deep clean. The bed is one that you sink in and it makes a rut. For those with back issues or stomach sleepers needing it more firm, this is not your bed.
