  : The location was wonderful. It was by many restaurants and amusement parks. We didn’t rent a vehicle but catching Uber and Lyft was very reasonable since we weren’t too far away from entertainment.
  : The room was not clean. There were roaches seen inside of the microwave and on the kitchenette countertop. There were also roaches seen when opening the refrigerator that was in the room. I had to constantly wipe down everything with Lysol to keep the bugs away. The hotel tried to accommodate my family and I with free breakfast and a free future hotel stay but that wasn’t good enough. They also did not supply us with enough towels and washcloths during our four day stay. It was three people in the room and we had to keep asking for towels and washcloths constantly. The waiting period for these items were ridiculous.

  : StaffOverall, my stay at the Courtyard was satisfactory. However, there's an area for improvement at the reception desk. During my check-in, there was only one staff member available, and they were occupied with a phone call when I arrived. As a result, I had to wait with my family while cold and wet from the rain.To ensure a smoother check-in experience for all guests, I would suggest prioritizing attention to arriving customers, especially those who have already completed their bookings and payments online. Perhaps having additional staff on hand during peak arrival times could be helpful.While the room itself met my expectations, the wait at reception unfortunately left a negative impression. Due to this experience, I'm hesitant to choose the Courtyard again for future stays and will likely explore other options.
